Mexico Product Localisation Lead
Job description
About the role
You will spearhead the localisation strategy for the Mexican market to ensure our platform feels native and culturally resonant. This role balances high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution to improve user experience and drive growth across the region. You own the end-to-end localisation lifecycle for Mexico, from research and prioritisation to execution and quality assurance. You will act as the central voice for Mexican users, embedding cultural expertise directly into product decisions and workflows. The position requires you to translate ambiguous business goals into clear localisation requirements that preserve intent and tone. You will be responsible for ensuring that every word, image, and interaction respects regional preferences and regulatory context. This role is pivotal in making Canva feel like a native tool for Mexican creators rather than a translated foreign product.
