This role focuses on advancing how the world experiences design through a dedicated education mission. You will own the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives that connect Canva with educators and learners in Indonesia. The position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on implementation across digital and community channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns reflect best practices and brand standards. Success in this role depends on your ability to adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining rigorous attention to detail. You will contribute directly to improving instructional outcomes and learning results within academic environments.

What you'll do
Execute education marketing campaigns in their entirety for the Indonesian context, from initial planning and briefing through to launch and performance evaluation.
Translate strategic objectives into detailed, insight-led campaign briefs that guide activation and support sustained usage over time.
Coordinate creative assets and project timelines with both internal departments and external agency partners.
Implement multi-channel campaigns across email, social platforms, influencer networks, paid media, and in-product touchpoints.
Adapt global education narratives into locally relevant stories that feel native to Indonesian schools.
Monitor and assess performance indicators beyond basic counts, linking campaign activity to activation signals and student participation.
Work with cross-functional colleagues in Education Sales, Community, Product Marketing, and other Marketing divisions to ensure message consistency.
Maintain strict quality standards and schedules to ensure campaigns are delivered on brand and on schedule.
Identify opportunities for refinement and iterate on campaigns based on structured learning and data insights.
Optimise the combination of channels and messaging to broaden reach and guide awareness toward tangible classroom adoption.
Foster sustained engagement within education communities across multiple channels, beyond a single campaign cycle.
Drive operational reliability by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the integration of Canva into classroom activities by aligning campaigns with school schedules and institutional realities.
Provide clear, insight-based recommendations for enhancement to continuously improve results each quarter.
Contribute to deeper adoption and ecosystem cohesion across the Education network in Indonesia.
Requirements
You possess extensive experience within the Indonesian education sector, focusing on K-12.
You understand how instructors and learners use digital tools in actual classroom settings.
You are capable of designing campaigns that align with school schedules, assessment periods, and institutional realities.
You have managed campaign lifecycles from start to finish with confidence and consistency.
You move smoothly from insight generation to briefing, coordination, launch, and reporting while preserving momentum.
You excel at converting global concepts into culturally relevant education stories for Indonesian audiences.
You understand tone variations, channel-specific behaviour, and what motivates teachers compared to students.
You are a clear and persuasive communicator who simplifies intricate ideas and composes strong briefs.
You know how to engage education communities across multiple channels and foster sustained involvement.
You are data-driven and focused on impact, connecting reach and interaction to usage behaviour and Education MAU.
You are highly organised and operationally disciplined in managing timelines and dependencies.

You will commit to a duration of six months, with a standard schedule of forty hours per week.
