About the role
The Learning Architect will architect and own the complete learning lifecycle for our global sales organization, establishing the foundational training infrastructure that allows new sellers to become fully productive on day one. You will design and deploy the onboarding curriculum that transforms our unique hospitality-focused AI platform into actionable sales skills for every new hire. This role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to synthesize complex product knowledge and market insights into practical, scalable learning solutions. You will develop continuous growth initiatives for our tenured sellers, ensuring that the team evolves alongside new features, market trends, and competitive pressures. The position is responsible for creating training frameworks, playbooks, and certification programs that directly improve sales execution and shorten the time to productivity. Your work will establish the standards that ensure consistent methodology across all offices and time zones, creating a unified sales culture. The impact of this role will be measured by how quickly new sellers reach quota, the consistency of their pitch, and the long-term retention of best practices across the organization.

What you'll do
Design and execute day-one onboarding journeys that provide new sellers with comprehensive product knowledge, sales methodology, and hospitality industry context.
Develop everboarding structures that keep tenured sellers aligned with new product releases, market shifts, and evolving playbooks without disrupting active pipelines.
Define the complete progression for sellers, mapping the transition from initial exposure to advanced capability development across all levels of seniority.
Translate complex insights from Product, Marketing, and Customer Success into clear, repeatable training content that is easy to consume and apply.
Build and manage certification workflows that validate team readiness and ensure sellers are fully prepared before engaging in live sales conversations.
Analyze development metrics and ramp data to identify obstacles in the learning process and uncover areas where mastery is achieved quickly.
Preserve the integrity and consistency of our sales methodology as the team scales, products update, and new sellers join remotely or in hybrid environments.
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions that address specific weaknesses in deal execution.
Champion a culture of continuous learning by curating resources, feedback loops, and knowledge-sharing practices that keep the team adaptable.
Own the documentation of best practices, ensuring that successful techniques are captured, refined, and disseminated across the organization.
Collaborate with Customer Success to leverage real-world implementation feedback and turn it into practical training scenarios and objection handling guides.
Utilize analytics to refine learning paths, improving the efficiency of onboarding and the long-term performance of sellers.
Champion the use of our hospitality-specific AI platform as a core training tool, helping sellers understand and demonstrate its value to prospects.
Ensure all learning initiatives comply with the standards and expectations set by major hospitality groups such as Marriott, IHG, and Best Western.
Act as the central expert on sales learning, providing guidance and frameworks that enable other teams to scale their enablement efforts.
Requirements
Bring three to five years of experience developing sales learning programs within technology or hospitality sectors, demonstrating a clear impact on sales performance.
Possess a minimum of three years managing complex B2B sales motions specifically within hospitality technology markets, with a proven track record of success.
Showcase demonstrated experience with contemporary hospitality software platforms, property management systems, and analytics tools that support data-driven selling.
Communicate clearly in English, with strong written and verbal skills that allow you to convey complex concepts to a global audience of hoteliers and executives.
Exhibit strong organizational abilities, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in the creation of training materials and assessments.
Display comfort working with data and metrics to measure learning effectiveness and adjust programs based on evidence.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment that values ownership and innovation.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in New York, NY.
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 annually.
