- Architect the structural frameworks that underpin Canary's pricing and packaging strategy across diverse hotel segments.
- Design and refine intake procedures that capture market feedback to directly inform product enhancements and feature prioritization.

- Oversee ship schedules to synchronize product launches with the specific needs of global hotel segments and booking channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships that integrate Canary's solutions within the broader hospitality technology ecosystem.
- Champion adoption metrics that analyze usage patterns and derive actionable insights from major hotel chain implementations.
- Refine the narrative that positions agentic AI tools specifically for the optimization of staff management and guest interactions.
- Guide the packaging structures that support the diverse operational needs of independent hotels, boutique properties, and large global brands.
- Establish Canary's definitive position in the hospitality technology sector as the leading provider of agentic AI solutions for guest and staff management.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and the executive leadership team to shape long term strategy and product roadmap decisions.
Requirements
Applicants must possess three to five years of experience managing product marketing initiatives within the hospitality technology sector. Demonstrated history of working alongside enterprise sales teams and brand organizations is a strict requirement for this position. A solid understanding of agentic AI concepts and their practical application to guest and staff workflows is necessary for success in this role. The ideal candidate can operate effectively across multiple departments to align stakeholders on shared objectives and priorities. Comfort with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform messaging and strategic decisions is essential. Candidates must exhibit the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for executive level audiences. Proven experience in defining value based pricing strategies and packaging models is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for representing Canary in external forums and internal leadership meetings. The ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced, growth oriented environment is expected. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience working with hospitality management software or revenue optimization platforms. Familiarity with brand standards and creative direction within a B2B technology context is a distinct advantage. Practical notes
Compensation for this full time position is set at $180,000.00 per year. The role is based in New York, NY and requires physical presence in the office. This position reports to the executive leadership team and manages an established team of product marketing managers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of Canary's product strategy and market presence.
