What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive technical support for both Mac and HP hardware, ensuring that all devices are functioning optimally.
• Troubleshoot and manage issues within Windows and MacOS environments, providing timely resolutions to enhance productivity.
• Support the setup and maintenance of Zoom videoconferencing systems and meeting room technologies, ensuring seamless communication for our teams.
• Administer Google Suite services, assisting users with any challenges they may encounter while using these tools.
• Assemble and configure computing equipment, ensuring that all devices meet the operational standards required by our staff.
• Collaborate with the global operations team to identify and implement improvements in our IT processes and systems.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage the lifecycle of devices, including procurement and disposal.
• Document technical procedures and create user guides to assist staff in utilizing technology effectively.
• Provide training and support to employees on new software and hardware tools as they are introduced.
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on technology trends and innovations that could benefit the organization.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training is essential.
• Proven experience with internal cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Workspace, is required.
• Strong proficiency in managing fleets of Apple hardware, demonstrating a solid understanding of their unique requirements.
• Technical expertise in both Windows and Apple operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Experience with device imaging and platforming, ensuring that all devices are set up correctly for users.
• Familiarity with communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Hangouts, and Teams, enabling effective collaboration across teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with Office 365 would be advantageous, as it complements our existing toolset.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols is a plus, contributing to the overall safety of our systems.
• Experience in a customer service role, enhancing your ability to support internal users effectively.
