About the role
Cabify is actively searching for an analyst to integrate with the Fleet Development team based in Spain, where the primary responsibility involves the strategic expansion of our operational capacity through the careful management of partner relationships. The successful candidate will own the execution of growth strategies designed to enhance our platform supply and ensure the long term viability of our partnerships. This role requires a professional who can balance analytical rigor with relationship building to foster a robust ecosystem of supply partners. You will be tasked with monitoring the health of the partner network and identifying specific areas where operational improvements can be implemented. The position demands a tech savvy approach to problem solving, leveraging data to drive decisions that impact partner acquisition and retention. You will act as a key liaison between our internal stakeholders and external partners to align objectives and streamline processes. Ultimately, this role is critical in driving the efficiency and scalability of our fleet operations in the Spanish market.

What you'll do
- Establish and cultivate high trust relationships with current and prospective partners to ensure alignment with Cabify strategic objectives.
- Design and deploy strategies focused on partner retention and activation while systematically uncovering new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments such as operations and logistics to verify that service level agreements and operational targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor license activation metrics for current partners to ensure compliance and identify barriers to full utilization of the platform.
- Conduct in depth analysis of partner performance data to determine key churn drivers and develop timely corrective action plans.
- Construct and maintain operational dashboards using CRM data to provide real time insights that support tactical decision making at the partner level.
- Evaluate market trends to propose innovative business models and compelling value propositions that enhance partner engagement and streamline acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to refine reporting processes and ensure that partner facing materials accurately reflect current capabilities and policies.
- Lead cross functional initiatives aimed at improving the end to end partner experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Partner with data specialists to clean and validate datasets ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information used for analysis.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding the status of the partner ecosystem and the impact of implemented strategies.
- Identify and document best practices from high performing partners to replicate success across the broader network.
- Support the launch of new features or services by coordinating communication and training efforts with partner teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and account management within a partner facing environment.
- Proven ability to establish strong trust based relationships with partners built on transparency and reliability.
- Possess an analytical background with a clear track record of using data to drive measurable business results.
- Exhibit a tech oriented mindset with a solid understanding of how technology solutions can improve partner performance and efficiency.
- Have direct experience working with key performance indicators and building operational dashboards to track progress.
- Show advanced proficiency in standard office software including spreadsheet and presentation tools.
- Show familiarity with the Cabify company principles and demonstrate how these values translate into daily work actions.
- Hold the right to work and reside in Spain without sponsorship requirements for the indefinite contract offered.
