You own the end to end management of facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships so that teams can focus on their work without distractions. You orchestrate the employee journey from arrival to departure, designing onboarding experiences that reflect our caring and structured culture. You balance strategic planning with hands on execution, using data and feedback to continuously refine how our spaces function. You act as the main liaison between teams, leadership, and external partners to resolve operational needs quickly and quietly. You champion ergonomic, safe, and compliant workspaces that align with our ethical technology standards and regulatory expectations. You are the steady hand that keeps our offices running efficiently while preserving the start up energy that defines us.

What you'll do
Coordinate the daily operations of our offices in Santiago de Chile to ensure efficiency, safety, and alignment with company standards.
Manage office supplies and inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders to prevent disruptions in team workflows.
Serve as the primary contact for external providers such as cleaning, security, and catering, overseeing service quality and contract compliance.
Maintain organized office correspondence, documents, and files, implementing systems that improve accessibility and information security.
Plan and coordinate internal meetings, events, and business travel, handling logistics and details so teams can focus on execution.
Develop and manage the office operational budget, tracking expenses related to maintenance, services, and supplies with transparency.
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and service quality, ensuring the best value for the company without compromising standards.
Automate and optimize operational workflows to improve budget efficiency and the overall office experience for employees.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, managing workspace allocation, access credentials, and equipment setup.
Create a welcoming and structured onboarding journey so that every new team member feels integrated and supported from day one.
Plan and execute workspace layout strategies that optimize available space and support collaboration, focus, and wellbeing.
Manage workplace transformation projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet evolving needs.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, furniture, and equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and accessibility regulations, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions when required.
Propose and execute workplace improvements that enhance comfort, productivity, and organizational culture across our offices.
Act as the internal point of contact for design and architecture teams during large scale projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Manage the inventory of furniture and equipment, monitoring lifecycle, condition, and replacement needs to avoid shortages.
Ensure that conference rooms and collaboration tools are properly maintained, configured, and supported for productive meetings.
Requirements
You bring previous experience in Office Management, Facility Management, or similar roles that have prepared you for complex operational responsibilities.
You have a demonstrated history of managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing expenses in a professional setting.
You are comfortable coordinating with multiple external vendors and stakeholders, balancing priorities with professionalism and empathy.
You possess strong organizational skills, able to manage competing deadlines and detailed tasks without compromising quality.
You have solid knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and accessibility standards relevant to office environments.
You are fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with local teams and partners.
You have experience using office productivity tools and systems that support inventory, bookings, and operational reporting.
You are proactive, solution oriented, and able to work independently while contributing positively within a fast paced, international team.
Nice to have
Experience in technology or mobility sectors is valued because it helps you understand our products and priorities.
Familiarity with start up environments where roles are diverse and processes are constantly evolving.
Knowledge of workplace design tools or methodologies that support efficient space planning.
Practical notes
This is a full time position based in Santiago de Chile.
Travel is generally limited to local offices and partner sites within the region.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Chile without requiring visa sponsorship.
