What you'll do
- Direct and produce video projects from initial concept through final edit, maintaining strict attention to narrative coherence.
- Design and animate motion graphics for product demos, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications to simplify intricate data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate technical product information into visual narratives that avoid jargon and increase comprehension.
- Manage production timelines and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, preventing scope creep and maintaining consistency.
- Handle post production tasks including color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects to create a polished and immersive viewing experience.
- Source and license appropriate music and audio elements to establish mood and reinforce the emotional tone of each piece.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable motion design templates to ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with ongoing campaigns and seasonal promotional initiatives.
- Provide creative direction to external vendors, including videographers and animators, to ensure execution matches internal standards.
- Analyze viewer engagement metrics to iteratively improve future video content and refine storytelling techniques over time.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating professional experience in video production and motion design is mandatory for consideration.
- Proficiency in industry standard creative software for editing and animation is a non negotiable requirement for this position.
