C3 Ai is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team based at our headquarters in Redwood City, California. In this position, you will own the full lifecycle recruitment for critical positions within our enterprise software and technology divisions. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal leadership, translating business objectives into actionable hiring plans and talent strategies. Your primary focus will be on building robust, high-quality candidate pipelines that ensure we attract and secure top-tier professionals necessary for our growth. You will manage complex hiring processes from initial requisition through final offer, ensuring a consistent and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders. What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth consultations with hiring managers to define precise role requirements and construct detailed ideal candidate profiles.
- Design and implement diverse sourcing strategies to engage active candidates and cultivate relationships with passive talent pools across digital channels.
- Create compelling talent marketing narratives and materials that clearly articulate our company value proposition and employer brand.
- Execute comprehensive initial screenings to rigorously assess candidate fit and ensure clear communication of role expectations and responsibilities.
- Orchestrate an exceptional candidate experience, managing every touchpoint from initial application through successful onboarding and offer acceptance.
- Administer and analyze recruitment metrics within our Greenhouse ATS to maintain data integrity and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Deliver concise, regular status updates to key stakeholders, providing transparent insights into hiring progress and overall pipeline health.
- Leverage extensive market knowledge to advise on competitive positioning and compensation structures for hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate closely with HR operations to ensure adherence to employment policies, compliance standards, and onboarding procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow to optimize efficiency and reduce time-to-fill for critical positions.
- Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop resources that support broader talent acquisition initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of various sourcing channels to optimize budget allocation and maximize return on recruitment investments.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree as a minimum educational qualification.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience specifically within the SaaS or PaaS sectors, gained in either in-house or agency environments.
- Possess at least 3 years of demonstrated experience hiring for General & Administrative, Engineering, or go-to-market teams.
- Show a thorough knowledge of current US and international talent markets, including supply and demand dynamics.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the technical requirements and skill sets necessary for enterprise PaaS roles.
- Maintain the legal right to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, with strong verbal and written communication skills that influence at all levels.
- Display exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
