What you'll do

• Architect specialized C3 Ai Platform installations that adhere rigorously to Federal security and access control protocols.
• Implement and refine system performance monitoring to uphold strict service level agreements for Federal clients.
• Engineer comprehensive monitoring and alerting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into all mission-critical services.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and design automated remediation solutions to eliminate persistent technical issues.
• Author and manage infrastructure scripts to streamline system maintenance, updates, and complex upgrade cycles.
• Develop and optimize infrastructure toolsets that significantly enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Act as the central coordination point with internal engineering and services teams to resolve intricate client support challenges.
• Execute travel to client locations as required, with a commitment to up to 50 percent travel frequency.
• Lead the technical validation and verification processes for platform deployments in government settings.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure all configurations meet the highest standards for data protection.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization to balance performance with the constraints of Federal budgeting.
• Document all operational procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across the team.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices for maintaining stability in sensitive environments.
• Drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code principles across all Federal project deployments.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree in a STEM field or a closely related discipline.
• Possess an active US Government security clearance, with Top Secret status being strongly preferred.
• US Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Demonstrate proven background in managing and scaling Kubernetes infrastructure specifically on AWS and Azure.
• Show proficiency in Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and database management systems.
• Have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures.
• Exhibit ability to write Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Apply programming skills in Python, Ruby, or Bash to automate processes and build monitoring solutions.
• Bring background in DevOps or systems administration for commercial Software-as-a-Service products.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without the need for company-sponsored work authorization.
• Maintain the ability to pass rigorous background checks associated with Federal contracting.
• Understand the implications of data sovereignty and regulatory compliance in government IT.
• Commit to adhering to strict change management processes in production environments.
