About the role

You will build and launch full-stack AI applications while working alongside customers to create production software, prototypes, and technical demonstrations. What you'll do

• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade, AI-powered applications utilizing the C3 Ai Platform to solve specific client business problems.
• Mentor junior engineers by imparting best practices in software design, coding standards, and system architecture to elevate the entire team.
• Conduct rigorous code and architecture reviews to enforce high software quality, security, and maintainability standards.
• Troubleshoot complex software defects and optimize application performance to meet demanding client specifications and service level agreements.
• Lead technical training sessions, product demonstrations, and deep-dive workshops to educate customers on solution capabilities and value.
• Author comprehensive technical specifications, user documentation, and project deliverables to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Analyze project scopes to anticipate technical hurdles and devise proactive mitigation plans that keep initiatives on schedule.
• Partner closely with internal product and engineering teams to provide field feedback that drives the refinement and roadmap of C3 Ai software.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability for enhancing the C3 Ai Platform in customer environments.
• Guide the implementation of data models and integrations to ensure they align with enterprise data governance and security policies.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree in a STEM field or a related discipline as the foundational requirement for this position.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development using object-oriented programming languages.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Exhibit proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities when faced with ambiguous or complex technical requirements.
• Maintain a high level of organizational detail to manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Show a willingness to travel as required to client sites and regional meetings across the assigned territory.
