What you'll do

• Architect and develop robust software solutions using the C3 Ai Platform, C3 Ai Studio, and C3 Code to meet stringent enterprise requirements.
• Mentor junior developers by articulating and enforcing coding standards, architectural design patterns, and best practices for maintainable code.
• Conduct rigorous code and design reviews to identify potential flaws, improve system architecture, and uphold the highest standards of software quality.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues in production environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability for client deployments.
• Lead interactive technical training sessions, dynamic product demonstrations, and in-depth analytical sessions to educate clients on solution capabilities.
• Author precise technical documentation, detailed application specifications, and comprehensive support materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.
• Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints, developing strategic mitigation plans to ensure successful alignment with detailed client requirements.
• Partner closely with internal product and engineering teams to provide critical feedback from the field, driving iterative improvements to C3 Ai software quality and functionality.
• Implement and configure C3 Generative AI and C3 Agentic AI Platform components to create intelligent, context-aware applications that deliver tangible business value.
• Evaluate and integrate modern frontend frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Manage version control workflows using Git to coordinate code changes, facilitate collaboration, and maintain a stable and secure codebase.
• Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring solutions can handle large datasets and high transaction volumes without degradation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models and APIs seamlessly into the broader application stack.
• Utilize object-oriented programming principles to design modular, reusable, and testable code structures that stand the test of time.
• Maintain a strong focus on security and compliance standards, ensuring all client implementations adhere to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field or a closely related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with object-oriented programming languages in a software development capacity.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Exhibit an analytical mindset characterized by high attention to detail, precision, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Show a proven ability to travel as required to client sites, which may involve both domestic and international travel depending on project needs.
• Have a strong commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Bring a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Understand the importance of teamwork and collective code ownership, contributing positively to an agile and collaborative engineering culture.

• Hold a Graduate degree in a STEM field or a related discipline, demonstrating advanced theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Have direct experience deploying software solutions at enterprise scale, managing complex integrations and large user bases.
• Possess a background in customer-facing professional roles, including account management, consulting, or technical sales engineering.
• Develop proficiency with Python and JavaScript, leveraging these languages to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Demonstrate mastery of version control tools like Git, including branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and repository management.
