About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the spot trading systems and spearhead innovation within the CeDeFi and real-world asset tokenization sectors. The successful candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of trading features, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and market demands. You will be responsible for integrating AI-driven tools to elevate market analysis and refine order execution processes across the platform. This role requires a deep dive into the intricacies of trading architecture, focusing on order state management and the logic of the matching engine. You will establish and lead the strategy for spot onchain business initiatives alongside the launch of CeDeFi and tokenized product lines. Ownership of products related to RWA, Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO opportunities, and onchain yield generation will fall under your direct responsibility. You will drive the planning and iterative design of spot trading products to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Through these efforts, you will ensure that Bybit remains at the forefront of innovation in centralized cryptocurrency trading and digital asset management.

What you'll do

• Direct the planning and iterative design of spot trading products from initial concept through market deployment.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of new features to optimize user trading experiences and platform efficiency.
• Implement AI-based solutions focused on smart order routing and comprehensive market analysis to enhance decision-making.
• Analyze core trading architecture components, including order state management and the intricate logic of the matching engine.
• Establish the overarching strategy for spot onchain business growth and the successful launches of CeDeFi product offerings.
• Lead the development and execution of products related to RWA, Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO investments, and onchain yield opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product vision and regulatory standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators and user feedback to continuously refine product features and functionality.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities impacting the crypto trading landscape.
• Document product requirements and workflows to ensure clear communication with engineering and design teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specifically in trading product management within financial or crypto markets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in spot and futures trading system workflows and operational models.
• Technical understanding of order matching engines and the logic that governs trading system behavior.
• Ability to execute product planning independently from concept stage through to full launch and optimization.
• Fluency in Chinese is mandatory for communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Strong grasp of current crypto market trends, dynamics, and regulatory developments.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on schedule and within scope.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex trading environments.

Nice to have

• Background in developing onchain trading platforms or decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Practical experience or research in the areas of RWA, tokenized stocks, or onchain yield products.
• Familiarity with AI applications and their integration within trading environments and systems.
• Knowledge of public blockchain ecosystems and the interaction with smart contracts for product implementation.
• Experience with regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions relevant to crypto trading.
• Exposure to high-frequency trading systems and their specific product requirements.
• Understanding of user experience design principles for trading interfaces.
• Previous work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech or cryptocurrency company.
