About the role
Bybit seeks a Senior Product Marketing Expert to translate complex product launches into clear narratives for millions of users, serving both crypto-native and mainstream finance audiences.

What you'll do
Integrated campaign strategies covering acquisition, activation, and retention are developed for major product launches across RWA, TradFi products, Earn, Alpha, and payment innovations.
On-brand, on-message, and on-time assets including photography, video, 3D, and social content are produced in partnership with Creative teams to meet Brand 6.0 standards.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. 6 to 9 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in crypto, fintech, or Web3 (exchange, protocol, DeFi platform, or neobank strongly preferred).
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of product launches from positioning through execution to post-launch optimization is shown.
Fluency in moving across positioning, GTM planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis is required for a generalist or full-stack product marketing role.
Comfort with data including attribution models, funnel metrics, A/B testing frameworks, and ROI reporting is necessary.
Clear written communication produces campaign briefs, product one-pagers, and social copy that align with a single brand voice.
Operating within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity is practiced when working with brand systems.
Daily transitions between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategic initiatives are managed without dropping quality.
Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is preferred for global and Chinese-speaking market responsibilities.
Nice to have
Experience marketing financial products to both crypto-native and TradFi-adjacent audiences is valued.
Familiarity with RWA, tokenized securities, or structured products from a GTM perspective is recognized.
Previous work at top-tier exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, OKX, or Kraken or leading fintech platforms is noted.
Experience running campaigns under regulated frameworks such as EU MiCAR, UAE VARA, or similar regimes is appreciated.
An active on-chain presence reflecting genuine understanding of DeFi, L1/L2 ecosystems, and community dynamics is beneficial.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Dune, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
