RWA Product Marketing
Job description
About the role
Bybit is seeking a marketing professional to drive the commercial adoption of Real World Asset (RWA) products within traditional financial channels. You will act as the bridge between digital asset innovation and institutional finance to expand our market reach. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for RWA products aimed at brokers, asset managers, and financial institutions. The role requires you to translate complex on-chain asset structures into compelling narratives for conservative finance audiences. You will be responsible for establishing the positioning and messaging framework that defines how RWA offerings are perceived in the market. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying new commercial opportunities and forging strategic alliances within the financial sector. You will own the narrative that connects Bybit's technological capabilities with the tangible needs of institutional stakeholders.
