About the role

Bybit is seeking a product professional to manage CRM systems and internal business workflows. You will lead the design and implementation of features that enhance operational efficiency and support our global digital asset platform. The role requires deep ownership of end to end product lifecycle management for CRM solutions and internal tools. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications. What you'll do

• Manage the functional planning and design for CRM product lines, including customer service back-office systems and Salesforce.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of product features, from gathering business requirements and writing PRDs to defining logic rules and workflows.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to support system architecture and iteration planning.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CRM and business ecosystems to improve internal operations.
• Partner with internal business units to ensure system delivery meets operational needs.
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured product documentation and visual process maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
• Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to guide iterative improvements and roadmap adjustments.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather stakeholder feedback and refine product concepts.
• Ensure all product deliverables adhere to internal governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Support the rollout of new features through change management activities and user communication plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product management role.
• Proven ability to create detailed PRD documentation and functional specifications.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and meeting delivery timelines.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like Axure and Mockplus, and mapping software such as Visio and MindManager.
• Data-driven approach to product optimization and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholder interests.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of CRM platforms and digital workflow automation principles.
