About the role

Bybit is on the lookout for a Principal Product Design Specialist who will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences across its cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial services platform. This position involves working on interaction design for products of medium to large scale, ultimately connecting a vast user base of over 80 million individuals across more than 200 countries to various services, including trading, payments, wealth management, custody, and Web3 functionalities.

What you'll do

• Spearhead the interaction design efforts for significant product initiatives, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Create and refine design workflows that effectively bridge online and offline user interactions.
• Analyze industry trends and innovative concepts, translating them into practical design projects that enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align user needs with commercial objectives, ensuring a balanced approach to design.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in UI/UX design, showcasing a solid portfolio of work.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, providing a strong academic foundation in design principles.
• A robust understanding of design theory, coupled with a keen eye for emerging trends in the industry.
• Proven product thinking and interaction design skills, with the ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Capability to comprehend business contexts and incorporate them into design strategies effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, allowing for clear articulation of design concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to produce multiple design concepts quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
