Growth Operations Lead, Earn & Wealth

About the role

Bybit is on the lookout for a data-driven Growth Operations Lead to spearhead initiatives within our Earn & Wealth division. This role is pivotal in enhancing user growth, retention, and asset conversion for our diverse range of products, which include Savings, Staking, Launchpool, and Dual Investment. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving our Assets Under Management (AUM) and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at boosting user acquisition, enhancing conversion rates, and improving retention across the Earn & Wealth product offerings.
• Oversee the complete user journey, from the initial onboarding process to encouraging repeat investments and facilitating high-value upgrades.
• Plan, implement, and assess growth campaigns, ensuring that return on investment (ROI) is effectively measured and optimized.
• Create user segmentation models that consider factors such as engagement levels, risk tolerance, and AUM, which will inform personalized CRM, email, and push notification strategies.
• Design and manage dashboards that track key performance indicators, including AUM, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), retention rates, and conversion metrics.
• Utilize A/B testing methodologies to enhance product experiences and optimize user funnels for better engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Business Development, Content, and Paid Media, to support go-to-market strategies and enhance product monetization efforts.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously refine growth strategies and product offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the team.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic direction and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or internet sectors, with a strong preference for backgrounds in wealth management or investment products.
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency financial products, including structured products, decentralized finance (DeFi) yield opportunities, staking, and savings mechanisms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems and structured solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Proven track record in managing user lifecycles and developing effective segmentation strategies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication in a professional setting.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with major centralized exchanges (CEX) such as Coinbase, OKX, or Binance.
• Familiarity with on-chain yield products and the broader DeFi ecosystem.
• A successful history of executing growth campaigns that meet or exceed specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA, or a degree in finance or a related field.
