You own the day-to-day client relationship and act as the trusted voice between our customers and our production teams. You are responsible for delivering a consistent, high quality Businessolver experience in a seriously delightful way. You own consultative conversations that educate clients on market trends and platform capabilities without overstepping defined scope. You own the narrative around new system functionality, industry changes, and resolution activity so clients feel informed and supported.

What you'll do
Establish and maintain day-to-day relationships with assigned clients to ensure seamless adoption and satisfaction.
Manage and facilitate client calls, including new client administrator training and ongoing educational sessions.
Maintain all client documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures and process-related materials, with attention to accuracy and accessibility.
Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product releases, updates, and system functionality to remain current and confident.
Educate, discuss, and collaborate with clients on relevant product updates, consulting with leadership as needed to address complex questions.
Provide concise communication regarding new system functionality, industry news, open items, project initiatives, and resolution activity.
Drive continual improvement of service delivery across all teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience for clients.
Coordinate Annual Enrollment and Plan Year closeout activities while proactively engaging clients and internal teams on open items.
Participate in sales finalist meetings and partner with the sales team on prospect visits and scope of services presentations.
Partner with internal teams to identify and discuss trends and training needs, supporting the Service Center with expertise and guidance.

Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management or Communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bring 4+ years' experience working with clients and building relationships, with direct experience in the consumer accounts, employee benefits, or benefit administration industry.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer spending account administration and the impact it has on the industry.
Show critical knowledge of consumer accounts system(s), as this is essential to success in this role.
Exhibit strong relationship management and project management expertise, with analytical skills and the ability to engage and motivate multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Prove ability to lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and establish strong, trust-based relationships.
Apply a consultative approach to communication, providing clients with insight into market activity that may impact their business while delivering solutions related to our platform.
Demonstrate experience partnering with other functional areas or organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer.
Maintain grace under pressure, especially during peak seasons, bringing order out of creative chaos within compressed, high-pressure timelines.
Be a resourceful and creative problem solver, constructively working with team members to find solutions and remove obstacles.
Be tech savvy, with a comfort level learning new technology and communicating effectively about new tools during client discussions.
Nice to have
Bachelor's Degree in a related field beyond Management or Communication.
Experience with sales finalist meetings and scoping of services presentations.
Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and terminology beyond core system knowledge.
Proven success in coordinating Annual Enrollment and Plan Year activities in a similar environment.
Track record of identifying and discussing trends to influence training needs and service improvements.
Practical notes
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. Compensation is within the range of 50K to 80K per year, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The role involves occasional participation in sales finalist meetings and prospect visits as needed. Travelers and visas are not applicable due to the remote nature of the position.
