What you'll do

• Design and implement mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional mobile applications that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating new tools and methodologies into the development process.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective project management and team collaboration.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles and improve their skills.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services, ensuring data flow and functionality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries, particularly React.
• Experience with mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into mobile applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in collaborative environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and its application in React Native projects.
• Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android) and the ability to write native modules when necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud services and backend technologies, such as AWS or Firebase.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing and end-to-end testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools to streamline application deployment.

• Proficient in React Native, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
• Familiar with tools such as Redux for state management and Axios for API requests.
• Knowledge of mobile app design principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.
