What you'll do
- Oversee strategic initiatives that span multiple product lines, facilitating new market entries and supporting sales across various segments.
- Enhance the workflows of frontline teams utilizing Salesforce and other relevant platforms, aiming to minimize technical debt while improving conversion rates and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders and manage organizational change within the GTM framework, promoting clear communication and successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Drive the implementation and scaling of AI-enhanced workflow solutions designed to boost productivity among frontline teams through automation and insightful analytics.
- Create executive-level analyses and actionable recommendations based on key performance indicators to inform prioritization and uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to set strategic priorities, track business performance, and identify scalable drivers of growth.
- Lead cross-functional projects from conception through execution, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Utilize data analytics to pinpoint root causes of performance issues, establish key performance indicators, and influence executive decision-making with well-structured recommendations.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to diverse audiences, from frontline employees to executive board members.
- Navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities adeptly while driving organizational change and maintaining momentum on key initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable go-to-market role.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment, ideally with exposure to multi-product or multi-segment sales within vertical SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Sigma, and other analytical tools and go-to-market systems.
- Demonstrated success in implementing automation or AI-driven workflow enhancements that significantly improved frontline productivity.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy formulation to execution, resulting in tangible improvements in efficiency and conversion rates.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable enhancements for systems and processes, particularly within Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Expertise in using data to identify underlying issues, define KPIs, and provide structured, executive-ready recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities while driving organizational change and ensuring progress on key initiatives.

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in operational workflows.
- Experience in a leadership role within a SaaS company, particularly in a go-to-market capacity.
- Knowledge of additional analytical tools and platforms beyond Salesforce and Sigma.
