Group Product Manager
Job description
About the role
You own a product area at the center of Brex's highest-priority bets, setting multi-quarter vision and making hard prioritization calls that move company-level metrics. You lead strategy and build teams where AI and automation meaningfully change the customer experience rather than add novelty. You operate as a cross-functional operator, driving alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, and GTM leaders on initiatives that do not fit neatly into one team's roadmap. You use AI tools aggressively in your own work for discovery, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making, and you bring that mindset to how your team builds products. You scale judgment and raise standards as much as you ship features, coaching PMs who think clearly and operate independently. You empower your team with the tools, resources, and support to grow their careers within a diverse and inclusive culture. You help Brex accelerate operations for tens of thousands of the world's best companies so they can spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets.
