About the role
Join Brex to lead the strategic vision and execution of our Growth and AI initiatives as a Director of Product. In this role, you will own the end to end responsibility for our Growth Product team, setting the strategy and roadmap that directly impacts customer acquisition and onboarding at scale. You will design and drive AI native systems that automate GTM workflows and unlock unprecedented efficiency for our go to market organization. You will act as the central product partner for our GTM teams, translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions that accelerate revenue and improve unit economics. What you'll do
Drive product and systems investments that improve GTM metrics such as CAC payback, pipeline conversion, and efficiency.
Define and execute a multi quarter Growth strategy in partnership with Engineering, Design, GTM, Marketing, Ops, and Data to deliver high impact, scalable products with measurable business impact.
Embed within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation and optimization initiatives.
Analyze GTM funnel and conversion metrics to uncover insights and guide product priorities and roadmap decisions.
Set clear goals, metrics, and success criteria for the Growth team, driving accountability to measurable outcomes.
Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering clarity, ownership, and a culture of high performance.
Oversee core Growth Product and Engineering domains, including account scoring, TAM data, outbound automation, and GTM tooling.
Align stakeholders around an aspirational 6 to 12 month roadmap that advances GTM efficiency and business growth.
Ensure successful activation and implementation of customer initiatives by partnering with GTM and Customer Success to operationalize tooling and automations.
Continuously refine activation based on feedback and performance data to drive faster time to value and sustainable adoption.
Champion the use of AI and automation to transform GTM workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams across the organization, including teams based in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Vancouver, Brazil, and remote locations.
Leverage best in class GTM data and enrichment systems to create a single source of truth for targeting and prioritization.
Build AI agents for GTM workflows that enhance productivity, streamline communication, and accelerate decision making.
Requirements
Relevant experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or management consulting, ideally focused on enterprise software, fintech, or financial services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building and managing high performing product teams.
Deep expertise in GTM products, systems, and processes, including marketing automation, sales engagement, and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise software products and workflows.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product leadership, such as improvements in conversion, efficiency, and payback.
Comfort operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve rapidly and data drives decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross functional teams.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from Brex for this position.
Nice to have
Experience with AI product development and prompt engineering for enterprise workflows.
Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
Prior work with global go to market organizations at scale.
Knowledge of sales automation, pipeline management, and revenue operations platforms.
Experience with data modeling, analytics, and visualization tools to support GTM decision making.
Practical notes
Employees must be willing to work in the office at least three days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Employees may work remotely for up to four weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
This role is based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office.
This is a full time position.
