What You'll Do
- Develop and manage forecasting and planning processes to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Update and refine financial models used for OKRs and operational reporting to drive business strategy.
- Handle headcount planning, budgeting, and G&A finance tasks to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Prepare monthly management reports and bi-weekly rolling forecasts for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to analyze Budget vs. Actuals and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial systems and AI tools to automate reporting and improve team efficiency.
- Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior management to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including complex data management and financial modeling.
- AI-First Approach: An AI-first approach to work, including a history of using AI tools to automate tasks or speed up analysis.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Quantitative and Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive Mindset: Proactive mindset focused on generating insights rather than just reporting data.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
