Senior Software Engineer, Content Cards
Job description
About the role
The Content Cards team develops systems that transform in-product interfaces into personalized, real-time user experiences. You will lead architectural decisions and build features that enable brands to manage messaging and engagement across their applications. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end design of content orchestration workflows that drive in-app engagement. You will define the technical roadmap for capabilities that connect brand strategies with user behavior in real time. The role requires deep collaboration with product and design partners to shape how messages are structured and surfaced within digital products. You will be responsible for ensuring that the underlying systems can handle complex, high-value user surfaces with consistency and precision. Your work will directly influence how brands orchestrate their messaging and manage their engagement infrastructure at scale. You will act as a technical steward for the integrity and scalability of the content delivery systems that power the in-product experience.
