You will partner with elite customers to architect and validate Braze solutions that drive measurable business outcomes through deep consultative discovery and technical design. You will translate ambiguous business problems into clear product narratives while demonstrating the full breadth of Braze's engagement marketing platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and guiding stakeholders toward optimal implementation strategies. You will synthesize complex technical concepts into accessible stories that resonate across executive, technical, and operational audiences. You will represent Braze in client-facing forums, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and customer success metrics. You will continuously refine your expertise across B2C engagement channels, enabling you to anticipate needs and uncover new opportunities for growth. You will contribute to the collective intelligence of the Solutions Consulting team by sharing playbooks, patterns, and learnings that elevate our standards.

What you'll do
Design and deliver compelling technical narratives that align product roadmaps with client strategic priorities across mobile, email, SMS, and API-driven campaigns.
Conduct discovery sessions with C-level and operational stakeholders to define use cases, success metrics, and scope for Braze-powered transformation initiatives.
Architect end-to-end engagement solutions by mapping client workflows to Braze features, integrations, and data models while accounting for scalability and performance.
Lead the configuration, orchestration, and validation of Braze environments to de-risk implementation timelines and support adoption.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to synthesize feedback and translate client needs into actionable product insights and documentation.
Mentor junior consultants and pre-sales teammates through knowledge sharing, playbook development, and live session shadowing.
Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, behavioral analytics, and cross-channel orchestration.
Own the technical proofing process, including POCs, sandbox validation, and executive reviews that demonstrate tangible value before contract finalization.
Champion best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance within customer architectures to ensure responsible use of engagement data.
Drive adoption through tailored training, operational playbooks, and ongoing enablement resources that empower client teams to maximize Braze value.
Coordinate with professional services and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution from kickoff through rollout and optimization phases.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to refine hypotheses, iterate on solution designs, and demonstrate impact over time.
Act as a subject matter expert on Braze APIs, event structures, and data pipelines, enabling sophisticated integrations and real-time orchestration.
Support the development of reusable assets, such as solution frameworks, configuration guides, and workshop templates, to scale successful patterns.

You hold domain knowledge across three or more of the following areas: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (including foundational HTML).
You are comfortable operating in fluid, fast-paced settings where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is常态.
You are prepared to travel at most 40% of the time at peak periods to client locations across London and surrounding regions.
You exhibit strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when managing confidential client information and strategic initiatives.
