Senior Software Engineer I, Frontend Infrastructure & Experience
Job description
About the role
The Frontend Infrastructure and Experience team manages the core platform foundations and user-facing components that support our marketing engagement product. You will lead technical projects that improve developer productivity and refine the quality of our interface across a large-scale application. In this capacity, you will own the architecture of foundational frontend systems, patterns, and tools that serve internal engineering teams on a daily basis. You will manage large-scale technical initiatives from initial discovery and design through to production rollout, operational monitoring, and iterative improvement. A central part of this role involves enhancing the developer experience within a massive TypeScript and React codebase by creating better abstractions, patterns, and documentation. You will develop customer-facing features and internal tools that prioritize accessibility, performance, and UI consistency across all client surfaces. Collaboration with product engineers, designers, and infrastructure teams will be essential to resolve complex cross-functional frontend challenges and align on long-term platform strategy. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members through thoughtful code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions that elevate the entire organization.
