Requirements
- 10+ years of total industry experience, including at least 10+ years in strategic SaaS sales targeting large enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex solution selling, specifically utilizing Value Selling and Business Value Assessments.
- Proven ability to execute effective outbound prospecting strategies that generate qualified opportunities.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills necessary for influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate large, complex organizational structures to reach decision-makers and economic buyers.
- Comfort with rapid adoption of new cloud-based applications and translating features into client value.
- Willingness to travel as required by the business, potentially up to 20% of the time within the designated region.
- Must have a proven track record of exceeding quota and achieving sales targets in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working with financial services clients is mandatory due to the complexity of the regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated success in building multi-threaded relationships across executive and technical organizations.
