About the role
You will own the end to end strategy and execution of Braze's agency alliance portfolio on a global scale, setting the standard for how partners operate in the market. You will act as the primary architect of the global go to market vision, translating high level strategy into tangible actions for boutique agencies and consulting firms across every region. In this role, you will acquire and onboard new agency partners while deepening existing relationships to unlock scalable, high quality pipeline. You will champion Braze's differentiated value and ensure partner teams can credibly deliver services that reinforce our brand and commercial outcomes. Success for you will be defined by the quality and quantity of sourced pipeline that converts across the global partner ecosystem. You will operate with autonomy and accountability, setting a high bar for performance while remaining open to diverse perspectives that strengthen our collaborative culture.

What you'll do
- Own and evolve comprehensive global go to market plans with agency partners, translating strategy into net new business pipeline that scales across regions.
- Drive the end to end sales cycle in lockstep with worldwide sales teams, from prospecting through deal close, working shoulder to shoulder with agencies.
- Champion differentiated partner value propositions and specialisms, articulating the Braze story with conviction to agency leadership and into markets around the world.
- Hold agency partners to a standard of accountability and reciprocity, ensuring a measured flow of outsourced Braze services in exchange for net new client opportunities.
- Bring rigorous business review to sales play metrics and effectiveness, analyzing performance alongside Braze leadership across regions to optimize outcomes.
- Operate cross functionally as a connector across Tech and Cloud Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Partner Education and Enablement to ensure the agency motion is fully supported.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with agency decision makers, positioning Braze as the strategic partner of choice within the marketing technology landscape.
- Identify and qualify high potential partner driven opportunities, aligning deal structures and expectations to maximize long term value for both parties.
- Synthesize market feedback and partner insights to refine positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that accelerate partner success.
- Lead complex, multi stakeholder engagements where agency, client, and internal stakeholders must be aligned to close strategic deals.
- Own key commercial elements including deal pacing, service scope, and governance, ensuring alignment with Braze's global standards.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, representing Braze in partner forums, industry events, and strategic discussions that shape the alliance agenda.
Requirements
- 10+ years of partnerships experience in a modern cloud technology company, G/SIs, or Agency, with a track record of increasing scope and impact over time.
- A proven, quantifiable history of driving sourced pipeline and influenced revenue through a mature SaaS partner program, demonstrating clear cause and effect between your actions and business outcomes.
- Deep fluency in the agency and marketing services ecosystem, including service offering design, marketing, lead generation, and the KPIs that matter to a professional services organisation.
- Firsthand experience navigating agency and consultancy environments, with an intimate understanding of their org structures, sales motions, and decision making dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment, balancing priorities across regions, functions, and partner expectations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts simply and persuasively to both executive and technical audiences.
- A bias for action and comfort with ambiguity, thriving in a fast growth environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable building and interpreting models, metrics, and performance dashboards to guide decisions.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, collaboration, and inclusion while contributing to a positive team culture.
- Willingness to travel in support of key partner initiatives, working closely with regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
