Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure that our visual content remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that enhance the overall creative direction of the company.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients and internal teams, articulating the rationale behind design choices.
• Analyze project requirements and develop design solutions that effectively address client objectives and target audience needs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and function seamlessly across various platforms.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and visual identity standards to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience in digital design, including web and mobile applications, as well as print media.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team, as well as independently.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that engage and inspire.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Experience in UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development practices.
• Previous experience working in an agency environment or with clients in diverse industries.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
