What you'll do

• Lead the commissioning process for microgrid systems, ensuring all components are installed and functioning as intended.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine commissioning protocols, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct on-site inspections and performance testing of microgrid systems to verify operational efficiency and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians during the installation and commissioning phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning electrical systems, preferably in microgrid or renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy technologies.
• Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to microgrid systems and electrical installations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed, sometimes in remote locations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle for site visits.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
