About the role
The owns the end-to-end scope of product strategy and execution specifically focused on construction takeoff automation. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision while managing the complete roadmap from initial concept through to revenue generation in a fast-paced startup environment. The position is centered on serving the needs of estimators, project managers, and general contractors who are the primary users of our platform. You will leverage deep insights from direct observation of workflows on job sites to inform every major product decision. What you'll do
You observe estimators and project managers on job sites to understand workflows deeply. This understanding guides product decisions that serve customers better and uncover hidden inefficiencies.

You own end-to-end 0 to 1 product discovery and delivery from initial concept to revenue generation. Experiments, launches, learning, and iteration turn raw ideas into validated products.
You collaborate directly with engineering and UI/UX teams on detailed specifications and design decisions. You participate in code reviews and user interviews to ensure execution quality aligns with the vision.
You partner with marketing and sales to communicate the product vision to the market effectively. You equip go-to-market teams with the tools and messaging needed to sell the product.
You analyze a high volume of requests originating from numerous customers and internal teams. Organizing noise into clear signals and converting those signals into product features is essential.
You conduct user research and synthesize findings to create user stories, journey maps, and product requirements that guide the development process.
