Sales Enablement Specialist
Job description
About the role
You are the dedicated guardian of our outbound engine who ensures that every tool in our small stack operates without friction. You will own the end-to-end health of our Trellus dialer, HubSpot CRM, Lemlist sequences, and Google Workspace so that our sales team can focus exclusively on selling. This role is responsible for keeping data clean, sequences active, and inboxes functional so that pipeline is never lost to tool breakage. You will partner closely with our GTM Engineer to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues before they impact rep productivity. You translate complex tool changes into clear, simple steps that any sales rep can follow without needing technical support. By monitoring key hygiene signals and catching problems early, you prevent small mistakes from turning into lost deals. You will become the central point of contact for all questions about GTM tools, data, and process. Your work will be measured by the quiet absence of breakdowns and the steady flow of clean data into the sales pipeline.
Key facts
What you'll do
Set up, launch, and maintain outbound email and multichannel campaigns including list imports, sequence configuration, quality checks, bounce management, and unsubscribe handling.
Act as the first point of contact for SDR and AE questions on GTM tools, data, and process, responding quickly to unblock reps.
Translate technical or operational changes into simple instructions for the sales team so they can adopt new features without confusion.
Keep our Trellus dialer setup running clean by managing call routing, dispositions, and number health so reps are not fighting the tool mid-call.
Own HubSpot data hygiene by maintaining fields, managing segmentation, supporting workflow upkeep, and deduping records to protect pipeline quality.
Keep Gmail and Google Workspace infrastructure healthy through inbox setup, filter management, and account provisioning as the team scales.
Catch data problems before they reach an SDR's pipeline by identifying duplicate contacts, bad email addresses, and broken sequences.
Document how every tool is configured so that process survives turnover and is not dependent on tribal knowledge.
Pull prospecting lists and ad hoc reports segmented by territory, revenue tier, or vertical to support targeted outreach and analysis.
Monitor ongoing campaign performance and data quality, escalating issues and proposing fixes that keep the outbound engine efficient.
Support smooth onboarding of new sales tools and configurations by building checklists and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with sales leadership to align tool settings, field structures, and workflows with evolving go-to-market strategies.
Maintain a proactive stance by flagging broken sequences, stale lists, or misconfigured fields before they cause disruptions in selling activities.
Own the end-to-end reliability of the small stack so that time spent on troubleshooting tools is minimized across the GTM team.
Requirements
You must have 0-2 years of experience in sales ops, sales enablement, or admin support, and internships are considered valid experience.

You must be highly organized with real attention to detail, because the success of this role depends entirely on data hygiene.
You must be a clear written communicator who documents process so that others can understand and follow operational procedures.
You must be proactive in flagging a broken sequence or a bounced list before it becomes someone else's urgent problem.
You must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco to perform the responsibilities of this role.
You must be able to work full-time in an on-site environment in San Francisco as defined by the engagement terms.
You must be available to commit to the expected working hours and schedule without conflict that would interfere with operational ownership.
Nice to have
You are comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for data cleanup and basic manipulation of large prospect lists.
You have familiarity with email deliverability concepts such as SPF, DKIM, warm-up practices, and sending limits.
You have prior SDR, sales operations, or sales-adjacent internship experience that demonstrates exposure to outbound workflows.
