What you'll do
- Lead the product development lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the aerospace or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and product performance analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with aerospace technology and industry trends is highly desirable.
