What you'll do
- Lead the product management lifecycle for ADCS components, from concept through to production and deployment, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications, performance metrics, and testing protocols for ADCS components.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation within the ADCS space.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables for ADCS components.
- Engage with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on user experience and performance data.
- Oversee the integration of ADCS components into larger satellite systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality across various platforms.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure that all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines.
- Prepare and present product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the aerospace or satellite industry, with a focus on ADCS or related technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product lines and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with satellite systems and components, particularly in the context of ADCS, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
