BLP Digital is seeking a Functional Consultant & Project Manager to join its mission of redefining ERP automation through agentic AI. In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation of AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise clients across finance, procurement, and logistics. You will act as the primary link between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that complex processes are translated into scalable and clear digital workflows. The position requires a high level of ownership, where you drive results from initial discovery through to delivery and continuous optimization. You will work closely with engineering and sales teams to design tailored implementation plans that align precisely with customer objectives. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to maximize automation rates and turn AI initiatives into tangible business value for clients. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BLP's Native-AI-powered ERP automation platform for enterprise clients.
• Own the full client journey, from initial requirement gathering through configuration, testing, and delivery, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Translate intricate business processes into clear, scalable automation workflows that align with specific customer goals.
• Partner directly with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and adapt the platform to unique customer environments.
• Act as the trusted advisor to clients, identifying needs early and ensuring they extract maximum value from automation.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to design and execute implementation strategies that drive deep product adoption.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product enhancements and long-term platform evolution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with precision.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders using clear, business-focused language.
• Proactively monitor automation performance and recommend optimizations to increase efficiency and ROI.
• Support the creation of documentation, playbooks, and success metrics for each implementation.
• Represent BLP Digital professionally in all client interactions, reinforcing the company's standards of excellence.
• Continuously refine your expertise in ERP environments and AI-driven automation through hands-on application.
• Contribute to building best practices that can be scaled across regions and new office locations.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Bring a minimum of 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Show strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convert business requirements into actionable technical steps.
• Be fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal skills for engaging with native-speaking clients.
• Exhibit confidence in presenting to senior-level executives and facilitating workshops with client teams.
• Display comfort working within ERP environments or with AI-driven SaaS platforms on a daily basis.
• Have hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows, which is a strong advantage.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and high standards of ethics in all client-facing and internal interactions.
• Approach problem-solving with logical rigor and evidence-based decision-making.
• Embrace a customer-first mindset, focusing on real business outcomes rather than just technical delivery.
• Remain calm and effective when operating in ambiguous or rapidly changing project conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven automation tools and platforms beyond basic familiarity.
• Background working with global enterprises across multiple regions or time zones.
• Prior involvement in product feedback loops or user research activities.
• Familiarity with change management principles when introducing new technology to organizations.

Practical notes

• This is a full-time position.
• Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (if you are not located in the Zurich area), the role will be based remotely from Germany or Austria or onsite in Zurich.
• As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month - these visits are financially supported by BLP.
