About the role
In this role, you own the end-to-end journey for Vision Wallet with direct responsibility for its strategic evolution and market execution. You will shape product strategy while carefully balancing user empathy against the non-negotiable realities of regulatory compliance in fast-moving Web3 markets. Your work will define the core interactions that users have with crypto self-custody, ensuring the experience remains both secure and approachable for a global audience. You are the primary advocate for the user, translating their needs and behaviors into a coherent product vision that engineering can rally behind. This position requires you to make informed trade-offs without diluting security, maintaining the integrity of the wallet even as complexity increases. You will translate intricate protocol mechanics into clear user language, making DeFi actions understandable, predictable, and safe inside the interface. Ultimately, you will ensure that the wallet feels calm and confident, turning complex seed phrases into a reassuring experience for first-time users.

What you'll do
You will set the uncompromising product north star for Vision Wallet, defining success metrics that keep the team aligned. You will coordinate rigorous experiments that prove or disprove critical hypotheses within crypto self-custody flows and onboarding paths. You will design intuitive onboarding and recovery journeys that reduce cognitive load for users entering the Web3 space. These journeys will methodically turn complex seed phrases and technical concepts into calm confidence for first-time users. You will rigorously ensure that security considerations are never diluted to meet arbitrary deadlines. You will act as the central coordinator with compliance and legal teams, mapping regulatory constraints across every proposed Web3 feature set. This mapping will ensure that self-custody choices and product capabilities respect evolving rules across all operating jurisdictions. You will translate dense protocol mechanics into clear, user-facing language that empowers users to act with confidence. This makes DeFi actions understandable, predictable, and safe inside the wallet interface through thoughtful copy and interaction design.
You will define precise metrics and run targeted experiments to measure transaction success and user progression across diverse markets. You will iteratively refine flows based on real behavior data, accounting for varied network conditions and user expertise levels. You will partner closely with security engineers to validate threat models and ensure risk is accurately represented in product roadmaps. This partnership makes risk visible to stakeholders while keeping ambitious Web3 capabilities ship-ready and reliable. You will own difficult roadmap trade-offs, balancing native speed against inclusive design for users with different levels of familiarity. You will balance technical constraints with the needs of users who may be new to blockchain technology or finance. You will guide go-to-market narratives, ensuring that external messaging aligns precisely with actual wallet capabilities and limitations. It supports marketing efforts robustly without over promising or creating unrealistic expectations for the user.
Requirements
You bring hands-on experience in product management, ideally within crypto, fintech, wallets, or consumer trading environments where complexity is high. You understand multiple Web3 layers deeply, including EVM chains, Layer 2 scaling solutions, DeFi primitives, and the practical realities of self-custody tools. You excel at managing complex trade-offs between ease of use, safety, rules, and technical possibility under tight and shifting deadlines. You have a proven record of shipping sophisticated technical products through close collaboration with engineering and design squads. You rely on both data and qualitative signals to drive decisions, maintaining clarity for fast-moving Web3 scenarios. You are comfortable navigating regulatory ambiguity while pushing for product innovation that respects legal boundaries. You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating vision into actionable tasks and priorities. You demonstrate ownership by proactively identifying problems and driving them to resolution across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
Familiarity with wallet security audits, bug bounty programs, and responsible disclosure processes is valued, as these processes protect users and the long-term brand. Understanding of how security research integrates into product timelines helps you manage risk without stifling innovation. Experience with decentralized identity or cryptographic proofs is considered a plus for future-facing product thinking. Knowledge of compliance frameworks specific to digital assets in European markets can be beneficial for navigating regulatory constraints.
