What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end processing of loan applications, trade settlements, payment instructions, reconciliations, and detailed reporting for institutional clients.
• Act as the central liaison, coordinating with internal departments such as Compliance, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Technology to investigate and resolve client inquiries.
• Drive the onboarding process for new clients and counterparties, gathering necessary documentation and ensuring all checks are completed.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues that arise in trade and loan processing, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee month-end billing cycles, performing reviews and validations to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant financial records.
• Develop and sustain long-term professional relationships with institutional brokerage clients, understanding their needs and anticipating requirements.
• Monitor and control operational workflows to ensure service level agreements are met consistently and deadlines are honored.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of operational procedures, providing feedback to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
• Verify data integrity across systems, ensuring that transaction records, positions, and movements are reconciled without discrepancy.
• Provide detailed explanations of complex asset flows and transaction structures to non-technical stakeholders using clear and precise language.

Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of professional experience in Prime Brokerage or a comparable financial services role demonstrating proficiency in operational duties.
• Hold a Bachelor degree from an accredited university or possess equivalent practical experience that demonstrates comparable knowledge.
• Demonstrate the ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, to support global client needs and operational continuity.
• Show a proven track record of successfully managing multiple client priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex asset flows, transactions, and processes clearly and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational discipline in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
