What you'll do
Coordinate daily field plans based on real time data, weather conditions, and local events to keep service reliable.
Observe traffic patterns, road conditions, and rider behavior to identify risks and opportunities for vehicle placement.
Inspect vehicle condition on the ground, documenting issues and ensuring that safety standards are met for every unit.
Communicate clearly with external partners and internal teams to resolve blockers and align on priorities.
Use digital dashboards in Greenhouse to track key metrics and adjust workflows as needed.
Support the implementation of new processes by testing procedures and providing feedback on usability.
Manage vendor relationships and schedule tasks so that operational workflows stay efficient.
Maintain clear escalation paths for urgent issues, ensuring that problems are diagnosed and resolved quickly.
Document standard operating procedures so that work can be replicated and understood by any team member.
Analyze routine outcomes, propose improvements, and measure the impact of changes over time.
Contribute to safety protocols by monitoring vehicle condition and adherence to local rules in the field.
Adapt quickly to changing city regulations and rider expectations while maintaining service quality.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to work in the field.
You must have the right to work in the United States and provide documentation when hired.
You must pass a background check before starting operations in the field.
You must have a valid driver's license or government issued ID for verification purposes.
You must be able to pass a drug screening as part of the onboarding process.
You must be physically able to lift, carry, and reposition electric vehicles as required in the field.
You must reliably commute to the Newark, New Jersey work location.
You must follow all local traffic laws, city regulations, and safety guidelines while performing duties.
You must use the required tools and platforms, including Greenhouse and digital dashboards, to perform your tasks.
You must communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and riders.
Nice to have
Experience with shared micromobility vehicles or field operations in urban environments.
Familiarity with data dashboards and basic analytical tools used for performance tracking.
Comfort with route planning and scheduling based on operational data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across distributed teams.
Practical notes
This is a full time position based in Newark, New Jersey.
The role requires regular travel within the city to manage vehicle distribution and operations.
You must be able to commit to the schedule required for this position in Newark.
