You will be responsible for ensuring electric vehicles are ready for use by performing essential maintenance and preparation tasks. Success in this position means playing a key part in the reliability and availability of the fleet that customers depend on every day. You will operate as a critical link between the digital app-based system and the physical hardware that powers the service. The work involves a combination of driving, manual handling, and basic technical checks to maintain operational flow. This is a hands-on role that values execution, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership over the vehicle lifecycle. Your daily actions will help ensure that every ride is safe, available, and ready when needed.

What you'll do
Drive company vehicles to move scooters, following routes provided by a mobile app, ensuring the fleet is positioned where demand is highest. Load and unload scooters safely for deployment or retrieval, using proper lifting techniques to protect both the equipment and yourself. Use a smartphone to complete a variety of job-related tasks, navigating the app and scanning systems while maintaining awareness of your surroundings. Move scooters from less popular areas to locations with higher demand, optimizing fleet distribution based on real-time data and patterns. Conduct basic checks and diagnostics on electric scooters and bikes to identify issues and ensure vehicles are safe for riders. Assist with organizing and preparing vehicles at the warehouse, including staging units for charging, inspection, or dispatch. Communicate effectively with colleagues and use internal systems to meet daily targets, maintaining coordination with the broader team. Participate in testing new products and features, providing feedback on functionality and usability from an operational perspective. Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance activities to keep the fleet in optimal condition for deployment. Adapt to shifting priorities and workflow changes, demonstrating flexibility to support the needs of the operation at any given time.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old to comply with regulatory and operational standards for the role. Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving history, demonstrating experience behind the wheel. Be comfortable operating smartphone applications while performing other duties, balancing screen interaction with physical tasks safely. Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds, with or without assistance, to handle scooters and related equipment during loading and unloading. Be a strong team player with good communication abilities, able to coordinate with coworkers and supervisors throughout your shift. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to understand instructions, complete documentation, and interact effectively with partners. Able to work one of two shifts: 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 2 PM to 10:30 PM, four days a week of your choice, to support operational coverage. Must reliably attend scheduled shifts and be punctual, recognizing that consistent presence is essential for fleet readiness. Willingness to follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
Nice to have
Availability for shifts on weekends or other varied schedules to provide additional support during high-demand periods. Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods in Colorado, which can aid in efficient routing and positioning of the fleet. Prior work experience in delivery, logistics, rideshare, or warehouse operations, offering relevant skills and a smoother onboarding process. Bilingual language skills that can help in communicating with diverse team members or riders when needed.
Practical notes
This position offers $18 per hour. Employment is full-time, with availability subject to seasonal demand and individual performance, managed through TalentBurst. Work hours are typically scheduled around the two primary shift windows, and weekend availability may be requested during peak times. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as no sponsorship is available for this role. The position is based in Colorado, and candidates should consider proximity to operational hubs when applying. Travel requirements involve driving company vehicles as directed, which may include short trips between neighborhoods and storage locations. This role is contingent on successful completion of any background or screening checks required by the staffing partner. Start dates may vary based on staffing partner timelines and operational needs in the region.
