What you'll do

- Maintain and enhance financial databases and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in the development of internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and insights as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with financial reporting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all financial deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
