About the role
You translate complex peptide science and AI research workflows into clear, accessible narratives for scientific and technical audiences on social platforms. You own the end to end content process, from evidence gathering and root cause analysis of scientific findings to closing the loop with partners and improving how systems communicate complex ideas. You work with distributed teams to surface real discoveries, coordinate cross functional workflows, and communicate outcomes in a factual, structured, and warm tone.

What you'll do
- Own social media strategy and the content calendar for scientific projects, including the peptide agent project and Bios, on X and LinkedIn, aligning evidence collection, risk assessments, and communication priorities.
- Translate peptide science and AI research workflows into accessible social content, bridging discovery insights, root cause exploration, and clear explanations for varied audiences.
- Create technical blog posts, discovery announcements, case studies, and explainer threads that follow a logical evidence to improvement flow, covering background, findings, and next steps.
- Develop visual content such as protein folding animations, data visualizations, and scientific graphics that support the narrative from observations through validation and refinement.
- Coordinate with scientific leads to surface and amplify real discoveries and breakthroughs, ensuring content reflects confirmed results, risk assessments, and opportunities for system improvement.
- Support co marketing with partners including Lightfold and Adaptive Bio, coordinating cross posting, evidence sharing, and consistent messaging across channels.
- Monitor engagement metrics and iterate on content formats, using feedback loops to refine explanations, reduce ambiguity, and improve how scientific concepts are communicated.
- Use AI tools strategically to scale content production while maintaining quality, integrating evidence checks, root cause analysis, and improvement steps into efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, biotech, pharmacology, or a related scientific field, providing a foundation for interpreting peptide and drug discovery topics.
- Remain active in scientific communities on X, Reddit, LinkedIn, or similar platforms, engaging with evidence, discussions, and emerging findings in the peptide and broader biotech space.
- Demonstrate documented experience creating scientific or technical content for social media, showing how you structure explanations, validate claims, and close the loop with audiences.
- Show understanding of the peptide drug discovery space or adjacent pharma and biotech experience, including familiarity with research workflows and how results evolve.
- Write in a clear, warm, scientific style that conveys nuance without jargon overload, balancing accuracy with accessibility for diverse readers.
- Work comfortably with AI tools, strategically applying them to research, drafting, and iteration while safeguarding quality and scientific integrity.
- Operate as a self driven contributor, taking initiative to build content systems from scratch and to own complex topics with minimal supervision.

- Understanding of AI and AI go to market approaches within startups, including how tools and workflows are adopted and scaled.
- A record of running or maintaining a science focused social account, podcast, newsletter, or meme page with an established following and engagement.
- Experience producing video content, including short form clips, screen recordings, and visualizations that explain scientific processes.
- Familiarity with the biotech and life sciences landscape, including key players, trends, and regulatory considerations that shape communication.
- Experience working within DeSci or Web3 adjacent environments, noting that the role is non crypto facing and focused on scientific clarity.
- Experience producing technical blog posts, whitepapers, or detailed case studies that follow a structured evidence to improvement narrative.
