About the role
The Binance Accelerator Program is designed as a 3 to 6-month internship aimed at early-career individuals looking to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of digital assets. Participants will become integral members of the Binance Agentic team, focusing on enhancing core agent capabilities and contributing to the development of a robust skill ecosystem. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage in product design and evaluation processes while gaining hands-on experience in a leading global cryptocurrency exchange.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate in the design and development of agent task flows, ensuring user interaction patterns are intuitive and effective.
- Aid in the upkeep of the Harness evaluation framework by creating relevant test scenarios and conducting performance analyses.
- Work closely with technical leads and engineers to convert business needs into detailed product specifications.
- Conduct research to identify and explore high-value use cases for Web3 wallets, payment systems, trading platforms, and account management services.
- Stay updated on industry advancements in prompt engineering, tool-calling, and automated evaluation to inspire innovative product ideas.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, including task success rates, tool-calling accuracy, and overall user satisfaction.
- Analyze real-world usage data of agents to propose enhancements for operational efficiency and engineering effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights and ideas for product improvements.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to keep pace with the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, agent-based products, automation technologies, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with or a keen interest in Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), cryptocurrency assets, or financial trading platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI agent functionalities, including task planning, context management, and tool-calling mechanisms.
- Capability to create product requirement documents, flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria effectively.
- Proficient in English to facilitate communication with global stakeholders and conduct technical research.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage tasks effectively in uncertain or evolving environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with personal projects or academic research related to large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI agents.
- Practical knowledge of financial technology, on-chain trading mechanisms, or cryptocurrency wallet operations.
- Technical understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, or workflow automation techniques.
- Familiarity with the Binance ecosystem or common scenarios encountered by Web3 users.
- Proficiency in additional languages aside from English, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
Skills & tools
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and methodologies.

- Competence in drafting product requirement documentation and flow diagrams.
