Requirements

• Must be a current university student or a recent graduate
• Must be available to commit to a full 3-6 month internship period
• Must have a genuine interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets
• Must be able to work in the Asia region or be located in Asia during the program
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A basic understanding of financial concepts or blockchain technology is strongly preferred
• Eligibility to work under local applicable laws and regulations in the engagement region
• Willingness to participate in networking and professional development activities throughout the internship period
• Comfort with adapting to a dynamic and fast-moving industry environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects

Nice to have

• Prior experience with cryptocurrency trading, blockchain projects, or related technical work is a plus
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, and smart contract platforms is beneficial
• Background in finance, computer science, economics, or a related field of study is helpful
• Knowledge of digital asset products including institutional services, payment solutions, and trading platforms
• Experience with education, research, or social good initiatives in the technology sector

• Understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges and trading engines

About the company
