Technical Product Manager
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of logistics and fulfilment features that sit at the heart of our platform, translating complex operational realities into intuitive product experiences for merchants and warehouse teams. You will act as the primary interface between our technical teams and our customers in the logistics and retail sectors, ensuring that their voices are heard and embedded into the product roadmap. You will design and define the future of our order management and fulfilment capabilities, making strategic trade-offs to deliver measurable value across all our European operations. You will partner closely with engineering and data to validate hypotheses, prioritise features, and iterate based on real-world performance and user feedback. You will drive the discovery process for new logistics capabilities, ensuring that every solution we ship is both technically sound and aligned with commercial objectives. You will own key metrics such as order accuracy, fulfilment speed, and system reliability, taking responsibility for their continuous improvement. You will contribute directly to building the operating system that enables modern commerce at scale, working on the critical workflows that our customers depend on every day. You will help set the standard for product excellence in logistics technology, influencing best practices across the company and beyond.
