Product Solutions Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will own the technical and commercial validation of Bigblue's fulfilment platform as the trusted advisor to key merchants and enterprise prospects. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, business-focused narratives that accelerate decision-making and de-risk sales cycles. You will partner with commercial, product, and engineering teams to design, test, and refine the end-to-end customer journey from discovery through implementation. You will act as the operational conscience of the sales process, ensuring that promises align with what the platform can realistically deliver today and tomorrow. You will gather structured feedback from the field and feed it directly into product teams to close the loop between customer needs and roadmap priorities. You will evangelize best practices across the network, turning successful implementations into repeatable playbooks that scale. You will represent Bigblue in front of executive stakeholders, building credibility and trust that moves large, multi-year conversations forward. You will continuously deepen your understanding of logistics technology and commercial workflows to anticipate needs before they are explicitly stated.

What you'll do
Translate complex platform features into clear, merchant-focused stories that resonate with specific industry and use-case needs.
Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to map their current logistics operations and pinpoint misalignments between ambition and execution.
Design and run technical proof-of-concept projects that validate hypotheses and demonstrate tangible value within a realistic timeframe.
Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to translate commercial promises into feasible delivery plans and timelines.
Own the configuration and orchestration of core workflows such as returns, inventory management, and carrier integrations for flagship merchants.
Leverage data and analytics to identify friction points, quantify the impact of proposed changes, and prioritize improvements with the product team.
Partner with customer success to build case studies and reference calls that reinforce credibility and accelerate new deal velocity.
Coordinate with engineering to surface technical constraints early and frame them as opportunities for creative problem-solving.
Champion the merchant voice in internal discussions, ensuring that roadmap decisions reflect real-world operational realities.
Run workshops and training sessions that help merchants unlock advanced features and realize the full potential of the platform.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the existing use cases and constraints so that new solutions are grounded in what the system can actually support.
Act as an interface between the technical team and commercial stakeholders, bridging the gap with clear explanations and realistic expectations.
Track the outcomes of implemented changes and communicate successes, lessons learned, and remaining challenges to cross-functional partners.
Continuously benchmark our offerings against competitors and emerging best practices to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
