Head of AI Enablement
Job description
About the role
You will architect and own the AI roadmap that reshapes how Bigblue operates from fulfillment to customer support. You will drive the design, testing, and rollout of AI capabilities that touch every team and every interface with merchants. You will build and nurture an internal AI center of excellence that turns experimentation into repeatable, scalable workflows. You will partner closely with product, operations, and data teams to embed AI into daily processes and strategic decision-making. You will define the standards, guardrails, and tooling that make responsible, secure, and measurable AI adoption possible across the company. You will act as a hands-on builder in the early phase, creating high-impact automations before scaling a specialized team of AI engineers. You will translate complex model behaviors into clear workflows and training so that every team can leverage AI intuitively and confidently. You will measure impact rigorously, linking AI usage to productivity gains, error reduction, and improved merchant outcomes.
