About the role
Account Manager at Bigblue
Our Mission and Scale
Bigblue operates at the center of the e-commerce revolution, partnering with brands that demand more than standard fulfillment. Our focus is on enabling independent labels to compete with the operational dominance of large marketplaces. We achieve this by providing access to premium logistics infrastructure and data-driven processes. Since our founding in 2018, we have processed over 10 million orders and built a network that serves more than 500 brands. This roster includes prominent players such as MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. Our growth is supported by a team of 110 specialists located in Paris, Madrid, and London. The foundation of our service is Atlas, our proprietary Warehouse Management System, which is supported by a European network of 9 warehouses. We are committed to solving complex logistics challenges, with an emphasis on speed, intelligence, and sustainability. To date, we have secured over $20 million in funding to fuel this expansion.
The Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Paris. This is a full-time position dedicated to the operational success of our e-commerce brand partners. In this role, you will act as a central coordinator, ensuring that daily workflows run smoothly and that service quality remains consistently high. Your decisions will directly impact the efficiency of our network and the satisfaction of our clients. You will serve as the primary link between brand expectations and our logistical execution.
Success in this position requires a blend of analytical rigor and practical problem-solving. You will be responsible for designing and managing intake procedures, ensuring that every order detail and client requirement is captured with precision. This foundation allows us to translate strategic client goals into clear, actionable plans that align with our warehouse capabilities. You will optimize warehouse operations by organizing picking paths within Atlas. The goal is to minimize search time and maximize accuracy rates across all activities.
You will conduct regular capacity assessments, utilizing warehouse data to identify potential bottlenecks before they disrupt the flow. This proactive approach allows us to maintain steady throughput even during peak demand. Packaging is another key area of responsibility. You will initiate adjustments that respect brand identity while incorporating environmental considerations. Coordination with carriers is essential to ensure that delivery promises remain reliable and consistent across all regions. You will also oversee invoice reconciliation and monitor service levels against key performance targets.
Collaboration is vital. You will lead reviews with logistics teams to refine slotting rules and improve space usage. Maintaining detailed documentation trails is a core duty, as this information supports audits, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile and Requirements
To succeed, you must hold authorization to work in France without the need for sponsorship. Your professional background should include a minimum of three years in logistics or operations, with a focus on delivery performance. You must be proficient in managing order management systems and understand how routing rules influence costs. Communication is a critical skill; you must be able to convey complex information clearly in both written and spoken English to international stakeholders.
You will frequently use tools such as WMS platforms and spreadsheets to monitor exceptions and track metrics. Your experience navigating these systems will be essential for maintaining operational excellence.
Value-Added Experience and Tools
While not mandatory, experience working with specific client brands adds significant value. This includes prior work with MUJI, Aigle, or Cabaïa. Your expertise with these brands will allow for a smoother integration and a deeper understanding of their unique requirements.
Proficiency with core tools is expected. You will utilize Atlas, our WMS, along with Microsoft Excel, to manage and analyze operational data. These tools are central to your ability to track performance and drive efficiency.
