Senior UI Programmer
Job description
About the role
The Senior UI Programmer at Behaviour Interactive plays a critical role in shaping the player experience for one of the studio's flagship titles. You will be entrusted with architecting the structural foundation of user interfaces, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and performant across a diverse range of hardware. This position requires a deep partnership with design, art, and engineering disciplines to translate creative vision into functional digital interfaces. A core part of this role involves building and maintaining the data pipelines that allow dynamic UI elements to communicate seamlessly with complex game logic. You will be responsible for refactoring legacy systems to eliminate technical debt and improve long-term stability. The position demands a high level of ownership over the entire UI lifecycle, from initial wireframing concepts through implementation and final release. Ultimately, you will ensure that the navigation, menus, and interactive elements feel responsive, intuitive, and accessible to a global audience.
