Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of backend services and tools. A primary focus will be the development of Node.js solutions that ensure production teams can operate efficiently and reliably. This involves authoring intake blueprints to standardise data flow for production tools, thereby creating a consistent foundation for development workflows. Core duties include building and supporting core services using Node.js to power internal developer platforms. The role requires a meticulous approach to pipeline maintenance, ensuring configurations are optimised for both performance and security compliance. The position demands a proactive stance on reliability, with a focus on shipping updates that maintain player experience tools with near-constant uptime. Collaboration is central to this role.
